Due to the ongoing Corona Pandemia, the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt will offer courses in a hybrid format in winter semester 2020/2021. This also applies, of course, to the MBA program.
Due to this still special situation, there are numerous special arrangements in order to maintain the smoothest possible course of study in this special situation and to enable you to make progress in your studies. Please find all regulations for the MBA program here.
Please make sure to check on this information, especially regarding course and exam formats, special regulations for exam registration and information regarding your thesis.
For general exam-related questions, please consult the FAQ of the Examination Board.
Please note that you must register for each exam you wish to take at least 14 days prior to the exam date. It is not possible to register later than this. If you did not register for the exam within this period, you will only be able to take it in the following semester!
The exam registration does not relate to the registration for the courses. This means that you are not automatically registered for the examination when you take a course.
You can cancel your registration for the exam without any problems and without giving reasons up to 24 hours before the exam via QIS. It is therefore advisable to register for all examinations at the beginning of the semester and to cancel if necessary. You are also welcome to subscribe to our e-mail reminder for exam registration.
Instructions on how to register and de-register for exams including the most important regulations can be found on the FAQ and Manuals section.
The basis for all regulations concerning examination questions is the ABPO or BBPO of your degree programme. Please find all examination regulations in the section "Module Handbook & Examination Regulations" of your intake.
Please make sure you also take note of the FAQ of the examination board, especially if there are any uncertainties regarding examination questions.
Under FAQ and Manuals you can find helpful guides and overviews, as well as answers to frequently asked questions about studying, examinations and IT systems. The guides are continuously updated. If you are missing a guide, please let us know.
In particular, please always consult the FAQs of the Examination Board if you have any questions about examinations, grades, regulations and examination rules.
In the Form Center you will find all the forms relevant to your study organization.
If you are missing a form, please let us know. You can find the contact details of the administrative staff in the right-hand side column.
