Please find all contact persons and office hours for the MBA programs here. If you have any questions regarding yur studies, will be happy to help you.

Due to the ongoing Corona Pandemia, the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt will offer courses in a hybrid format in winter semester 2020/2021. This also applies, of course, to the MBA program.

Due to this still special situation, there are numerous special arrangements in order to maintain the smoothest possible course of study in this special situation and to enable you to make progress in your studies. Please find all regulations for the MBA program here

Please make sure to check on this information, especially regarding course and exam formats, special regulations for exam registration and information regarding your thesis.

For general exam-related questions, please consult the FAQ of the Examination Board.

Counselling is often helpful or even necessary in situations that arise around your studies. From student counselling to social counselling to legal counselling - several institutions offer a variety of counselling services for different concerns. Here we give you an overview of the services for students and, as a final point, some links to other relevant counselling services.

Please keep in mind that you need to register for every exam you want to take within the applicable registration period. For reasons of equal treatment, registrations after the deadline are not possible. The start of the examination and thus the relevant time for registration and deregistration is always the date on which the topic is issued.

Registration for the examination is independent of registration for the courses. You are therefore not automatically registered for the examination if you attend a course.

The following deadlines for exam registration apply:

  • Registration for written exams is possible up to 48 hours before the assessment date.
  • Registration for assignments etc. is possible up to 48 hours before the issue of the topic.
  • Special regulation: If the registration period for courses that start at the beginning of the semester ends within the first two weeks of the semester according to the above-mentioned regulations, registration is exceptionally possible up to and including 15.04. or 15.10. in order to ensure a subsequent course entry and orientation in the first days of the semester without disadvantages.
  • Exception: Registration for the retake exam is possible up to 14 days before the exam date.

You can cancel your registration for the exam without any problems and without giving reasons up to 24 hours before the exam via QIS. It is therefore advisable to register for all examinations at the beginning of the semester and to cancel if necessary. You are also welcome to subscribe to our e-mail reminder for exam registration.

Instructions on how to register and de-register for exams including the most important regulations can be found on the FAQ and Manuals section.

The basis for all regulations concerning examination questions is the ABPO or BBPO of your degree programme. Please find all examination regulations in the section "Module Handbook & Examination Regulations" of your intake.

Please make sure you also take note of the FAQ of the examination board, especially if there are any uncertainties regarding examination questions.

Under FAQ and Manuals you can find helpful guides and overviews, as well as answers to frequently asked questions about studying, examinations and IT systems. The guides are continuously updated. If you are missing a guide, please let us know.

In particular, please always consult the FAQs of the Examination Board if you have any questions about examinations, grades, regulations and examination rules.

In the Form Center you will find all the forms relevant to your study organization.

If you are missing a form, please let us know. You can find the contact details of the administrative staff in the right-hand side column.
