I chose the MBA programme at h_da because the entire program takes place in Darmstadt outside of regular working hours. The special time structure allowed me to combine my full-time employment as a team leader  with my extra-occupational MBA studies. Being surrounded by highly motivated and skilled people all the time does drastically influence your mindset in a positive way. Moreover, especially as a non-native English speaker, the conversation with colleagues and in lectures does significantly improve your language and your intercultural skills, and thus your confidence when carrying on negotiations in your profession.
